We ship within 3-5 working days. Shipments within Austria are sent via Austrian Post. Shipments outside Austria are sent via UPS.

Shipping costs within Austria are €8. Within the EU €15, outside the EU €45.

In the event of cancellation, the customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. Only items in perfect condition are eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of the return shipment and provided that the items have not been used or damaged, the amount will either be credited to the customer's account or refunded, minus shipping costs.

If we have the same item available in a different size, you can of course request an exchange for a different size. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any new shipping costs.

The size and fit of a garment may vary depending on the designer. Unless otherwise stated, we recommend that you order your usual size.
