On a personal note
When we heard about the opportunity to redesign the former Lech-Zürs tourist office, we didn't hesitate for long. The iconic address – Dorf 2 – had been winking at us from across the street from our hotel for quite some time and truly deserved a renaissance. Together with architects, designers and craftsmen, our new home was created on five floors.

As hosts and hoteliers at Hotel Arlberg, we love creating meaningful spaces that inspire guests, locals, and our team alike. With this in mind, we envisioned a vibrant place: gastronomy at its heart, a bar and club to revitalize nightlife in Lech, and a creative center and shop that reflects our personality.

A historic site
Once named the "old dairy farm’, the building at ‘Dorf 2’ served as a transshipment point for farmers and for processing fresh mountain milk. With the increase in tourist traffic, the village needed a central point of contact, which was set up in the form of a tourist office. (The ticket hall was located in the lower area, while offices and apartments were located above.)
Reimagening an Icon
Construction began in April 2024 with a tight schedule of only seven months. We took charge of construction management ourselves. Branding processes, design and architecture workshops took place in the background. We celebrated the opening on 12 December with the restaurant, shop and club.
We are not done yet
With the completion of the last two floors for the 2026 winter season, we will be presenting further attractive premises. An exclusive membership floor for our house members only and an impressive penthouse apartment under the dormers are currently being planned and built.
