All your living expenses are covered, including accommodation with a private bathroom in one of our team houses right in Lech, just a few steps from the slopes and the village centre. We also offer above-average salaries with an additional 13th and 14th month's salary, health insurance, two meals a day and a fair tip distribution system. A place for the next generation of travellers has opened in Lech: The Arlberg Club House celebrated its debut in December 2024 and quickly became the hot spot in town.
Are you looking for an exciting challenge in an elegant, yet relaxed and laid-back ambience? Our new restaurant in Lech am Arlberg combines the finest cuisine with a relaxed atmosphere – and we are looking for you as Chef de Rang!
Your tasks:
- Professional care of our discerning guests
- Ensuring a smooth service flow in your area
- Advising and recommending dishes and wines from our range
- Training and supporting service staff
- Active participation in the design and realisation of an exciting new opening in Lech
- 48-hour basis
Your profile:
- Good German and English language skills
- A passion for catering and a flair for first-class service
- Experience in a comparable position, ideally in upscale dining
- Enjoy dealing with guests and have a friendly, confident demeanour
- Knowledge of wine and drinks is an advantage
- Team player with attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
The Bar / The Club
A place for the next generation of travellers is opening in Lech: The Arlberg Club House celebrates its debut in December 2024.
Are you an expert in coffee specialities and also a creative mixologist who conjures up unique drinks? Our exciting new concept in Lech am Arlberg is looking for you as a barkeeper and mixologist to spoil our guests with first-class drink specialities and coffees during the day and innovative cocktails in the evening!
Your tasks:
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality drinks, cocktails and wine/champagne service
- Creation and mixing of innovative cocktails and signature drinks
- Advising and serving guests with a high standard of service quality
- Care and maintenance of the coffee machines and bar equipment
- Responsibility for the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and club area
- Working closely with the bar and club team to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Development of new recipes and continuous development of the drinks range
- 6-day week / 48-hour basis
Your profile:
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Completed training or extensive experience as a barkeeper and/or mixologist
- Passion for coffee and cocktail art as well as in-depth expertise
- Creativity and attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of drinks
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanour, combined with excellent communication skills
- Team spirit, organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the latest trends in bar/ and club industry
